Several types of paint are available off the shelf which classify as ‘floor paint’, however the type we use are little more than ‘floor paint’. Our customers demand the best and we aim to provide it every time, so the systems we use are specialist compounds that perform as coatings in the own right.
Two Part Epoxy paint has proven to be our most durable in facilities where traffic is heavy, testament to its performance and potential. This coupled with an adequate level of preparation, is recommended as a premium and long lasting option for line marking or floor coatings in busy warehouses.
Acrylic paints are an extremely versatile product because they give the flexibility in application and reconfiguration. This type of floor marking paint performs well without preparation and can be removed with relative ease later if you decide to change your layout or storage arrangement. We are able to use a rapid method of application with this paint, further reducing costs and downtime.
Methyl Methacrylate or MMA is not as popular as Epoxy or Acrylic due to the control and restrictions in its use. It is a rapid cure product that makes it ideal in buildings where downtime must be kept to a minimum. It is not possible for us to apply this in storage areas where products are kept which could be contaminated, sealed goods or none absorbing are fine, making this a great option for speed.
