Warehouse and distribution facilities differ tremendously and require diverse products for their individual needs, so we ensure our products covers the range even when the finish might not the best.
Professional Unprepared Line Marking
Unprepared line marking is the practice of applying a paint system to an unprepared concrete surface. Unfortunately the performance of this type of floor marking is limited, however it is popular none the less. It can be altered or made more durable once the layout and operational flow of the facility is decided.
As with all of our methods of floor marking, we select the most appropriate paint system for your facility and traffic needs, we only use the very best available. Warehouse Lines and Signs are not restricted to any one paint supplier and we explore every option before making
our recommendation to you.
Even though this method of floor marking is called ‘unprepared’ we do ensure the concrete surface is free from dirt, dust and debris before applying the paint. Very often we may need to use a scrubber dryer, solvent and/or other material to help make it as durable as we can regardless of limitations.
We would be happy to discuss your facility and plans as well as arranging a site visit with you which may help address any unforeseen issues.
